By installing, accessing, or using the Bujji Ai Chrome Extension, the Bujji Ai Web Dashboard, or the Bujji Desktop Engine (collectively, "Bujji Ai", "the Service"), you ("you", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use Bujji Ai.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and ZyloConnect Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered address at Moosapet, Balanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018, India. If you are using Bujji Ai on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Bujji Ai is a browser extension (with an optional desktop companion, the Bujji Desktop Engine) that enhances WhatsApp Web with: a campaign composer for bulk WhatsApp messaging, an interactive message builder, a reusable Smart Message Library, trigger-based automation rules, an AI assistant for message drafting and rephrasing, an AI Auto-Responder that can reply to incoming messages on your behalf, local CRM/contact management, analytics/reporting, and privacy/stealth controls for WhatsApp Web. Bujji Ai is available to users worldwide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp's parent company).
To use Bujji Ai, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence; (c) not be prohibited from receiving the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence; and (d) have a valid WhatsApp account and access to WhatsApp Web. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access most features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password, or through Google Sign-In, and agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us immediately at support@bujjiai.com of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for loss arising from your failure to secure your credentials. Unless expressly permitted under a Team/Business plan, each account is for individual use only.
Plans & pricing: Current plan names, features, limits, and pricing (including regional/local-currency pricing) are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with advance notice as described below.
Payment: Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). We do not collect or store your full payment card details on our servers.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
Free trials: If a free trial is offered for a plan, its specific terms will be presented to you at the time it's offered. Where payment details were collected upfront for the trial, it will automatically convert to the selected paid plan upon expiry unless cancelled before the trial ends. Where no payment method was collected upfront, the trial simply expires and you will need to actively subscribe to continue using paid features.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; you retain access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds: All payments to Bujji Ai are non-refundable, including for unused subscription periods, mid-cycle cancellations, or change of mind. The only exception: outright failed payments are reversed automatically through Razorpay's standard payment-failure handling; if you're charged twice for the same transaction due to a processing error, contact support@bujjiai.com and we will verify and initiate a correction through Razorpay. This is a correction of a technical error, not a discretionary refund, and does not apply to change-of-mind cancellations. See our Refund Policy for details.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use Bujji Ai only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages to individuals who haven't consented to receive them; send illegal, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content; harass, threaten, or abuse any individual; transmit malware or phishing content; impersonate any person or entity; circumvent feature limits or entitlement gates; reverse-engineer or decompile the Service (except as permitted by law); build a competing product using the Service; scrape or harvest data from Bujji Ai other than through its own features; or overload or impair our infrastructure.
Using Bujji Ai to send WhatsApp messages is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients and complying with anti-spam and messaging laws applicable in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used to violate WhatsApp's policies or applicable law.
Content generated by Bujji Ai's AI features (including AI drafting and the AI Auto-Responder) is a suggestion only — you are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking responsibility for all messages sent through the Service, whether AI-generated or manually composed. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; we make no representation about its accuracy or suitability for any purpose. When you enable the AI Auto-Responder, you authorize the Service to send messages on your behalf to people who message your WhatsApp account, and you remain fully responsible for those messages. You are responsible for the prompts and content you provide to AI features — do not input personal data of third parties, confidential information, or legally protected content unless you have the right to do so.
Bujji Ai, including its software, design, branding, logos, features, and documentation, is owned by ZyloConnect Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms.
You retain ownership of all message content, contacts, templates, Smart Messages, and other materials you create using the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process, store where applicable, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you.
Your use of Bujji Ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described there.
Bujji Ai integrates with third-party services including Google (Drive, Sheets, Contacts), Firebase, Cloudflare, third-party AI providers, and Razorpay. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies — we are not responsible for their practices. WhatsApp Web is operated by Meta Platforms; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta. Any disruption to WhatsApp Web caused by Meta's policies or technical changes is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times; that messages will be delivered (delivery depends on WhatsApp's infrastructure); that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable; or that the Service will remain compatible with WhatsApp Web if Meta changes their platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; DAMAGES FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT; DAMAGES FROM WHATSAPP ACCOUNT BANS OR RESTRICTIONS BY META PLATFORMS; OR MESSAGES SENT BY THE AI AUTO-RESPONDER ON YOUR BEHALF. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You acknowledge that automating WhatsApp interactions carries the risk of your WhatsApp account being restricted or banned by Meta Platforms. We are not responsible for such action by Meta; you use the Service at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZyloConnect Technologies Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right; any messages you send, or that the AI Auto-Responder sends on your behalf; and your violation of WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; cancellation of a paid subscription is governed by Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a regulator, if we reasonably believe your account is used for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity, or if your account poses a security risk. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends; data stored only on your device remains under your control; cloud data is handled per our Privacy Policy; fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in Section 5.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes affecting paid features. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access the Service from. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If unresolved, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive the right to participate in a class action against us.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours without restriction. We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, internet outages, government action, or changes to WhatsApp's platform).
